FAQ – Prenatal Classes

1. When should I take a prenatal class?
We recommend taking your class between weeks 28–36 of pregnancy. This way, the information is fresh and you still have time to prepare before your baby arrives.
Partners are highly encouraged to attend! If you don’t have one available, you are welcome to bring a support person (like a friend, sister, or parent).
Our classes fill up quickly, so we suggest booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your spot.
Usually one comprehensive 6-hour session is enough. We cover all the essentials for birth and newborn care in that time.
Absolutely. Nothing replaces the hands-on practice and real-time Q&A with certified instructors.
Comfortable clothing is best. You’ll be moving around for hands-on activities, so casual attire is recommended.
We keep our groups small — no more than 6 couples — to ensure a warm, interactive environment.
Yes! We offer private in-home classes across Vancouver, ideal for couples who prefer privacy or flexible scheduling.
Yes, we have live, interactive classes via Zoom. Perfect for busy families or anyone outside central Vancouver.
